You. The Planet. And the Animals.
Let’s Meat Less is a resource for you and about you. We’re a tool you and your family can use to meat less. We’re here to share what we know, pass along what we learn, and provide you with the things you can use to reduce your consumption of animal products.
Why? Because we want you to be healthy. We want the environment to be healthy. And, yes, we also want the animals to be healthy.
Reducing the amount of animal products you eat lowers your risk of many health problems including heart disease, diabetes, and certain forms of cancer. It’s also the single biggest thing you can do to reduce your impact on the environment — more than all forms of transportation, combined. And the animals? Well, that one’s obvious.
Let’s Meat Less is here to help you. To make it easy for you. To provide you everything you need to make a seamless transition to a better way to eat and live.
